Have you ever wished you could dive in and explore the worlds you see on the big screen? Have you ever wished you could see events unfold from every character’s viewpoint? Well now you can with Callous Row – arguably one of the most ambitious massive role play projects to take place in Virtual Reality.
The development team for Callous Row is composed of professionals from all around the world. From the modeling of our environments and avatars, to the ambient music, even down to the graffiti on the walls are all custom made.
The heads of development are the duo team of Qyr and Sketchu. They are responsible for not only overseeing development of this project, but also have been creating the world ground up in Unity and Blender.
Custom systems needed to be developed to be able to make Callous Row be as full functioning and seamless for all of our actors to be as immersed as possible. This has been possible through our coding team working with VRChat’s SDK and coding custom systems for Callous Row. The coding team consists of Gambit, Phasedragon, and Sciiiman.
The art and designs of Callous Row may be small details to some, but it brings small secrets and interests to the world. From the posters and propaganda from the corporations to the nitty gritty graffiti down in the streets. Our main team of artists are Sketchu and Hopelessbay. We have also graciously received various other art from our community to use in the map.
